Imagine the Possibilities of a Creative mind I looked at the high cost on Aspire and downloaded the sample software mainly to make sure my little brain could figure it out.Д®nded up buying Aspire and have upgraded to the latest version. The sculpting design tools are good, but there is more to it than that. There is a lot that can be done with the combo, but Aspire gives this added functionality. You can move models around on the screen. You can also resize the individual models, and rotate them. Aspire allows you to have more than one roughing path and more than one finish path, using different tools. I do like being able to edit and create models and making the cut paths all in one program.Д®ven though I do have a long learning curve for drawing 3D myself.

Definitely download the trial, work through the examples and tutorials and ask if something doesn't make sense. I don't know of any other software in the price range that lets you sculpt the way Aspire does. In my opinion it's perfect for the job of creating relief type models for the CNC. In my many years of dealing with software, I have found that Vectric software Aspire is one of the best in terms of features and reliability. But, watching some online videos, like on YouTube, it was clear to me that Aspire was the way to go. I understand that not all can afford to purchase expensive software. The bad part about Fusion is the learning curve and the possibility that you spend countless hours learning it and in 6 months or a year the decide to stop offering the free license. Fusion will do those features with straight endmills, but not V bits.ДЄt least not to my knowledge. Fusion just added support for vcarves, but the abilities are limited. Just having true Vcarving is almost worth the cost by itself. Easel is great for getting started, but once you understand how CAD works you will really appreciate the features that Vcarve offers. Purchasing Vcarve is like discovering you have an extra arm that you never knew about.
